We are conveniently located on Hwy 67, 1 block north of Ninth Street and are easily accessible from any direction.
Our owners, Gary and Rick Roark, both Midlothian residents, bring over 45 years of experience to the industry with the completion of their first complex in Duncanville in 1974.

Online Payments and Rentals
We are pleased to offer our customers the ability to reserve a new unit online, 24/7.
In addition, we now offer the option to pay your monthly storage fee online via your credit/debit card. You may also arrange to have your payment deducted automatically each month from your credit/debit card or checking account.

We are located at the intersection of Ridgeway Drive and Highway 67 Service Road, next to Ridgeway Apartments. From downtown Midlothian take 9th street north. After crossing over Highway 67, turn right on Ridgeway Drive, (approximately 1 block). Our office is located at the very end on the right.
